*Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds*
We do not accept returns on any item unless the item is damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased at in-person events.
We do not issue refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival, and only when the item is returned to us. We do not cover return shipping.
Refunds on purchases that are not damaged can only be issued prior to the making of an item (before materials are purchased - we will not refund the payment for materials once they are purchased) unless it is an in-stock item. In-stock items can only be refunded before the item is packed and paid for to ship.
We do accept payment plans for expensive items or orders. For custom items we will accept a down payment for materials followed by a final payment upon completion of the item*. If you need more payments, we can come to agreement on how many payments are necessary. If you cannot meet the agreement for payments, any payment made prior to failing to meet the requirements are forfeit to us.
*Custom items that have personalization that cannot be resold (names, initials, personalized messages, etc.) will not be available for payment plans. Production of a personalized order will not begin unless the full payment is made. Custom orders that are not personalized and can be resold at an event or on our shop will be available for payment plans (this includes items that have an original concept or a custom pattern/color scheme). Multi-item orders are eligible for payment plans, however, personalized items within the order must be paid for in full separate from the order.
