Special orders are for when you see a listed item (on our website or social media) but you would like to request a different color or design for the item, or for when the item is not currently available for purchase, but you would like to see if you could have it made to order.

Special orders are like a more simplified custom order, but typically the price doesn't vary from the original item that is in a different color or out of stock/unlisted.

This is how you make a Special Order:

1.) Send an email with the subject "Special Order" to us at [email protected]


2.) Include the name of the listing or a screen cap of the picture of the item and state what color/design you would like, or ask us what colors/designs are currently available 

3.) Provide us with your shipping address (for the shipping cost estimate) and your preferrred payment method. For PayPal, please include your PayPal email for the invoice, and for Square, please include the email or phone number you'd like us to send the payment request to. (Alternative payment methods can be requested)

We will respond as quickly as possible with the color/design options if needed, if not we will respond directly with the price and a summary of your order for you to confirm. This will immediately be followed by the invoice. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received.

This is the best way for us to be able to have a clear understanding of your order as well as be able to provide the most accurate and affordable shipping cost.
